Magnet (not the Tweak one) is an option that people sometimes miss.
Here was a case to use it.
I used the Magnet in conjunction with the Rotate->X command. We invoke it by pressing the [ALT] key while clicking the mouse button to choose the menu command.

This wheel took me a while to be finished. It's a 3030 Autosport - Drag Ops series - Legend Double Beadlock.
I started creating the patterns to be replicated further.
