When the words come at 4am, I write.
Because my mind doesn’t follow clocks—
it follows grace, rhythm, and the quiet clarity of night.
This is autistic prayer. This is holy noticing. #ActuallyAutistic #WritingAsPrayer

Three days a week I sit for dialysis. One pill keeps HIV undetectable. A new inhaler, easier breath. Ten years since I last saw a respiratory specialist—and it’s time. Chronic illness doesn’t define me, but it shapes my rhythm. #HealthJourney #LivingWell hivblogger.com/2025/07/08/u...

Mid & East Antrim will hold their first ever Pride parade this year in Ballymena on 28 June.

Our eldest cat Scholastica of course in this family has to have arms. Much love shown by Sivane in illustrating them. I love the crest with the cat supporting my arms. A lovely touch.

Scholastica is still with us, not in any pain, but oh so very, very old.
