I just read my 4th novel, "In the Devil's Pocket." I cringed at how bad it was at times (my prose has improved since then), but it was still good. I liked it.

If you read my first novel, The Church of Sol Invictus, then you'll know I have a character parrot my view at the time that Stephen King is an overrated hack based on the 3 books of his I read at the time.
I acknowledge I was wrong after reading this one. Why can't they all be this good?

The Goddess's Defender is my fifth novel that, IMO, could definitely have benefitted from a developmental editer. Despite the fact that I kinda rushed it out the door, I'm still proud of it for being a beautiful story.
If you like sci-fi with a religious bent to it, you may enjoy it.

The Goddess's Defender is my fifth novel that, IMO, could definitely have benefitted from a developmental editer. Despite the fact that I kinda rushed it out the door, I'm still proud of it for being a beautiful story.

So, I reread my 2nd novel, "Demon, Be Gone", and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of improvement between it and my first novel.
Yes, it's still amateurish and there is much ignorance over how the world works, but I didn't find many reasons to cringe.
