To MSNBC : Everyone there is missing the point about Donald Trump and his reguards to Tarriff's . Trump WILL NOT refund one damn penny back to the American People . He treats the treasury as his own personal "Piggy Bank" . Same hold true to "Obama Care" if it's struck down by congress .
