watching how china and russia are not only falling apart but how their people are running away and misbehaving in other countries is an eye opener. we are fighting corruption in the usa. but really we are fighting for our souls. once you lose your rights it is only downhill from there.

mississippi river is drying up. once all the dams crumble and the water turns brackish the whole river all the way up to vicksburg will be a lagoon. i will be glad to see the dams and locks gone. they are way too dangerous. my dad paddled a canoe down it long ago. things have changed.

i look at corruption trying to kill the spirit of the usa. religion is trying to accomplish ungodly things. rich folks have gone crazy. poor folks are suffering. bullies roam the streets. but the bits and pieces of the republic still stand. things will work out and we will survive.

our country will survive this cataclysmic trump era. people will eventually see that if one of us is in chains non of us are free. hate will simmer down. russia and china will be gone. all our enemies will wither on the vine. and this usa will shine like it always has. brightly.

we live in a WONDERFUL world. i know. reading all the problems of the world. all the trouble, all the wars. all the bigotry and hate. but here is one little tgirl telling you how glad she is that, she is ALIVE!

i'm down 20 pounds which is good. i have a new scale which has 10 biometrics. muscle is up, fat is down, bio age is younger, bmi is on the good side. all from me finding the right mental spot.
