Important ruling in connection to Poland’s rule of law crisis. Tbomk first time this is clearly outlined as such by the CJEU. Prior to this, the CJEU held same but regarding orders rather than judgments in C-487/19 (orders transferring judges without consent null and void if adopted by fake judges)
