I just finished this. Cried real tears and worth every one. It’s a tough go but hopeful. Quite exceptional writing. And @self-induljennt.bsky.social ‘s art is absolutely gorgeous. I actually gasped when the final drawing came into view. Loved it all.

I saw this post and cheered because I hadn’t realized there was a podfic and I had a longish drive home today. It’s even more delightful to hear it read, and I recommend it highly in either form. Finished up as I pulled into my apartment building’s garage with a huge smile on my face.

Cracked the code on this gorgeous yak/silk blend I’ve been afraid to ruin. Spent all day yesterday spinning so there’s a lot more on the bobbin now. Not a coincidence that I learned you can sing “Hyperfixation is making me great” to “Anticipation is making me late.” 🤭

Dyeing follow up. First round, nice but needed more contrast so I rebraided them and applied dark dye just to the top. Perfectly Pacific Northwest, as I’d aimed for. Infinity scarves, cotton. Gifts for teachers and friends at an upcoming knitting and spinning retreat.

Accountability post. Finally cleared space and am set up to do some dyeing at home. Finger pleated cotton infinity scarves then braided 3 together. Applying dye by hand. Going for Pacific Northwest colors of blues, greens, and browns. Gifts for teachers and friends at a fiber retreat this weekend 🧶💖
