@nilejoan.com @gerryt.bsky.social question for the pod: how do you work on mental endurance? I feel like I’m great on the first day of two day events (RC’s GO’s etc) but the wheels fall off on day 2 and I get brain fog. How does one stay locked in for round 9-16 at high level?
