I think, based on my own personal experience trying to get into the multi-player of both genres, 2XKO is struggling more then valorant to draw in new players because of a foundational genre problem. Playing single player shooters can get you basically competent at shooters, not ao with fighters

Oh, 2XKO is struggling? Live services just seem to be categorically unable to match price of production with expected revenue regardless of quality. Maybe, just maybe, they should stop being the focus of modern game design because people are goddamn sick of it and just want reasonably priced games

This is a weird problem to have but I as a music listener cultivate a library of music to write to that only adds like....an album a year at most because im chewing over how songs can be used for themes and characters for ages.....and as a result im way behind on electric six albums and they good!

I'm a bit worried about the new resident evil mostly because the DLC for village had way too much forced stealth in it that got super fukkin tedious. Modern game makers vastly over value 'avoiding unkillable enemy' tension in horror games when I find it just kills pacing and frustrates me to shit.

I am seriously pondering the idea of a superhero tabletop (or video game) sim that can actually do the work of including every possible power level and power set without having to nerd anyone for things to be fun. Batman and superman on the same game board and the system doesnt break in half.

Okay when I think of influences on my writing I notice that while I have a lot the ones that are most 'my writing wants to look/sound like this' are Ghost in the shell, Nier, Chainsaw man, Metal Gear and perhaps FLCL. Does this say anything more specific then I am a pretentious weeb?
