I painted up some of the new Highland Miniatures zombies the other night as test minis. This is a super quick scheme that’s mostly just a zenithal primed, Speedpaint, and an all over drybrush. It’s mean to be fast and look good as a big group cause you know you’ll need a whole horde.

One of my most requested tutorials after I did a random test mini 2 years ago in this scheme. I updated my process a bit with this one
Was thinking about getting the Drukhari box since the new Archon is sweet & the selection of units is good, but $240 for about 600 points of models is too much for me.
Half of it is the pricing, but the other issue is just how severely under pointed everything in 40K is. Armies should be smaller.

I finished up the Heretic Priest to lead my warband last night. I’m particularly happy with the outside of the cape & his one boot. 😂
I don’t normally do this sketchier style of painting with lots of texture & visible brush strokes, but I’m really enjoying it & think it suits the setting perfectly.
