Talked to my dad for the first time in two years. Here are the cliff notes of the conversation: he still thinks I’m a whore, he is still bitter about his divorce that was over 35 years ago, he’s still a drunk, and he wants revenge on those that hurt him and be wants me to help him. Umm that’s it.

Wal-Mart hasn’t been a place I typically shop. I used their pharmacy for my dogs prescriptions. Recently my dog passed and I asked them to take me off their reminders and to close out his account. I checked the mail today and got this sweet note. I will forever be grateful for their compassion.
