Talking about everything has been one of the most terrifying but helpful parts of my journey on healing and growth. There's really no "good enough" when it comes to mental health; it requires the work, every painful or difficult part of it, and that's what I'm finally doing, one day at a time.

After 5 years, Covid finally caught up with me. While I'm grateful that this is much less severe than the original strain, I'm also incredibly frustrated that it's still something we have to worry about 5 years later. These body aches and temperature fluctuations are just the worst. 😿

Fear is something that is meant to warn us of danger but can also freeze us in place if we let it. My therapist said another way to look at fear is to consider it as "false evidence appearing real." So, tomorrow may be scary, but it's nothing to be afraid of.
