Power of Attorney isn't just for older folk. I got mine in my 30s. Eg young couples with kids oft have separate finances & sadly accidents, strokes, illness can happen.

The devil is in the detail- 10% pay rise on 1996 rates. These lawyers are looking at a rise to an hourly rate of £65. Not in their pocket- for the provision of legal advice with all the overheads. This is just a tiny baby step.

Why are we not all celebrating this film as a fantastic example of male allyship for women! The whole IVF story, the period drama is fabulous enough in this gorgeous film, but fighting for recognition for the women is the icing on top!
