I know the field of public health and the folks who work in the field will persevere despite all the challenges but this all has been do disheartening to see as a fresh mph grad 😭

I love TikTok but the way people make all kinds of health claims about mental health, gut health, weight loss etc. in an attempt to promote supplements on the TikTok shop for commission is wild and they should ban it for the lack of regulation on that alone 😭

I don’t think Nick is a great guy but I too would be crashing out if I came on this show and my original partner was in a couple like JR and Sandy. And the dynamic between Caleb and Aria vs JR and Sandy is completely different #theultimatum
