I just realized I don’t have a proper intro post here. I’m Mel, I build things in The Sims 4 and occasionally hyperfixate on other cozy, sim, management, strategy type games. Trying to figure out the whole CC creation thing, too.
I think I'm going to take this WIP I never finished and try to adapt it for Gibi Point... It's got a lot of CC, but I think I don't need most of it anymore. We'll see how it goes. #sims4adventureawaits

I'm getting that defocused menu screen bug again and I can't figure out what mod is causing it?
TOOL, BetterBuildBuy and MCCC are up to date and I don't really use anything else.

I dunno, maybe I have been married too long but I can't imagine earnestly singing that about a man.
And compared to So Long, London, The Black Dog, You're on your own kid, tolerate it, etc? Not even close for me.
It is one of the better tracks on the album but that's not saying much.

I cannot emphasize enough how low my hopes were for this album and it still managed to disappoint me.
I kind of like CANCELLED! but I can’t decide if I’m just desperate at this point.

I will keep playing, but I’m little unsure about continuing to make content.
My sincere hope is that they sell off Maxis and someone buys it who actually cares about The Sims, but it feels like a long shot. 🥺

Honestly, every time I start building something in Planet Coaster (or Planet Zoo) I give thanks for how easy it is to build in The Sims 4.
Is The Sims more limited in what you can build? Sure, kind of, but maaaan building is so slow in Planet Coaster.

2. Either go offline until mods are updated or remove your mods

I wish we had something like that for the Sims. We were also promised refreshes, plural and they only ever did Spa Day while they are recycling old ideas and not fixing bugs in previous packs.

Because bug fixing doesn't make them those sweet, sweet EP dollars 😭 Paradox is pretty much as bad as EA in a lot of ways, but I feel like they are at least good at going back and bringing their older content up to par, like with the Stellaris custodians program.
