Okay maybe I’ll opt for lump wood, I was going to get the Kingsford briquettes. I got a Webber grill!
I only use LUMP Wood ion my grill - no briquettes....or chemical starters...wax and sawdust starters - eat fewer chemicals- live a long live! Enjoy it! (what kind of grill did you get)

Yes I got a chimney starter to light the coals up. I was told to have one side of coals piled up & one side with an aluminum pan filled with water what do you think about that?
Quick tips:
- coals should take about 10-15 minutes to get properly hot (wait for them to get grey ash) and spread them evenly, if you got a big grill have one side with the hot coals and allow that other side to be where you don’t apply direct heat
