When she told the Customer Service story, I felt it in my soul. WAY too many of them just send you endless call cycles, waste your time or just flat out LIE TO YOU. I lost my Verizon multiple times because they pretended to make a payment plan. Yes, including making fake emails and texts!

I feel I should clarify: I never cared for nor liked Harry Potter. I get it was popular and some people had childhoods for it, but the creator is a witch. That said, if you liked it before knowing the controversy, don't feel down on yourself.
