The bird app already ruined who got murdered on Traitors and he’s the only one I cared about so I won’t be watching this season. Good thing The Pitt is back. To be honest I haven’t even seen most of season 3 and barely got through 2 so I don’t feel sad about avoiding this season altogether.

Something I don’t talk about much is I found out recently my thyroid is bad and I was becoming insulin resistant. So they put me on Zepbound. I’m down 10 lbs this month and honestly I’m happy but really I am just happy I finally figured out why in a year I was more active I had plateued.
