Or, instead of using more tax dollars to subsidize the insanely profitable oil and gas industry, we could have a bill, requiring them to research and invest in filter systems, and clean up methane and oil leaking wells (or any disaster zone they've caused) 🙄

Let me be clear: this is not normal.
