My submission for the BASIC 10Liner competition is in. Can you do better? There's still lots of time to enter. I'm hoping to beat my previous result of "nearly last place".

My work-in-progress pacman clone for the BASIC 10Liner competition now has a more aggressive ghost and terror-inducing sound. I'm pretty happy with this, considering the code is limited to 10 lines of 80 characters and BASIC on the ZX Spectrum is pretty verbose.

Working on an entry for this year's BASIC 10Liner competition in the strictest PUR-80 category: 10 lines of maximum 80 characters.

Gosh, I haven't done any new #paleoart in a very long time. So here's a scene I just finished, which I'm quite happy with. I modelled everything except the tress (in #Blender), then embellished it in Photoshop.

Looking forward to another purchase from @libro.fm. Reviews of @gevemac.bsky.social's book are excellent.

I'm sitting in a fairly middle aged pub. The music on the jukebox is all coming from the late noughties. I'm currently being tortured by The Kooks. Is there no respite to the aging process?

I had the strangest dream where I was flying through space shooting at multiple disembodied heads of @kevintoms.bsky.social who was firing footballs back at me whilst hurling insults in Dundonian Scots.

Or maybe it wasn't a dream...

Anyway, you should play Lumo 2.

The Bad People are repeatedly, successfully uploading crypto malware to the #Linux #snapcraft Snap Store today! Way more than usual. Most masquerade as basic apps, then upload their malware as an update.

Today's annoyance: audiobooks which are exclusive to Audible.

Hopefully @libro.fm will become a big enough market to make this a thing of the past.

"Fascinating" doesn't come close to describing this. Were hundreds of thousands of civilians murdered in Hiroshima and Nagasaki because an inept President was so far off his brief he didn't understand what was going to happen?
