This is infuriating and heartbreaking. Politicians have failed us at the local, state, and federal levels; so much waste and ineffective leadership.
Supervisors also approved $105 million in reductions to other programs, including large cuts to street outreach teams, homelessness prevention programs and other supportive services.

This is a very, very bad decision from one of the two Reagan judges left on the Fifth Circuit, joined by one of the two most extreme Trump appointees on the court.

And, it is about the issue I walked through at Law Dork earlier this week, in the context of Minnesota: www.lawdork.com/i/186796727/...

🧵The Forgotten Team USA

On July 3, 1936, a month before the Nazi Olympics in Berlin, a group of American athletes boarded a ship bound for Europe.

The US team included Black sprinters from Harlem, Jewish gymnasts from Manhattan, and a biracial boxer from Pittsburgh.

Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland have all launched criminal investigations into potential human trafficking after the latest release of Epstein documents.

Trump has to be nervous. Eastern Europe was one of his prime picking grounds for his trafficking model agency.

In case anyone is wondering why Trump posted that vile meme of the Obamas last night--

No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientist—because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

Which just makes me want to share it again: www.nature.com/articles/d41...

I guess @aguilar.house.gov is not getting an Indivisible endorsement. BTW, I live in his district and he lost my vote.
Fun fact- if you take AIPAC money you can’t get an Indivisible endorsement in your primary.
I hope Dems begin to see that moderate or progressive, AIPAC is not our friend.

They endorse January 6th insurrectionists. Yet if you so much as suggest the US uphold its own Leahy laws, no matter your record, they will work against you.

This and because of the child sexual abuse/trafficking, the kidnapping and disappearing of people, and the concentration camps.
Trump reposting a video of the Obamas as "apes" during Black History Month and no Republican officials as of yet condemning him is another reason why every one of them needs to be defeated at the ballot box and shunned in public.

I am not going to repost the vile and racist image that Trump posted last night of President & First Lady Obama because it is beyond disgusting. Trump is a vile racist as is every Republican that continues to support him. I don’t want to hear mumbling from Mike Johnson or stoic silence from Thune.

Let's be real, DHS is not buying all these warehouses to create concentration camps for only "undocumented" immigrants-- it's for all POC, queer, disabled, resisters,... in the US.
🚨 New: We built a visual tracker of the warehouses ICE is targeting across the US.

Working off an idea from @actualkatherine.bsky.social, we’ve mapped active searches, canceled deals, and linked state property records.
