The BBC news this morning giving great credence to 47's ramblings on Chagos, most probably as a stick to hit KS with. The media in general need to stop taking the orange buffoon so seriously. They need to scoff, to mock, to openly expose him for the raving fascist lunatic that he is. #bbc #fucktrump

I read an interesting post by Billy Bragg earlier about 47. He argues that we shouldn't use the term "fascism" as US policy is not dogmatic but rather driven by his megalomania & vanity, though he does accept that racial bias is resurfacing (if it ever went away). Not sure I agree.

As interesting as what he says is, I'm more taken with HOW he says it, and how he presents himself as a serious, thoughtful leader. The contrast to his southern equivalent could not be more stark.

I think it's always been like this at Everton the only difference is social media has amplified it 1000 fold. I get the impatience (1995) but we really are at ground zero of a rebuild right now. I get frustrated and have a moan but like most blues I know we are basically on solid ground at least.

Take yesterday as an example. Best CB out, CB at RB, best CDM out, 2 most productive players out and a goal shy forward line and they needed an avoidable pen to beat us. We have improved leaps and bounds. We're not going to win every week, but we certainly aren't going to get beat every week either.

Comments like this fascinate me. I'm sure Pep is a very good coach, but it certainly must help when you have had by far the biggest transfer and wages budget at every club you have managed.
