A judge has ruled that if u are trans you must stop using the toilets of your lived gender at work, even if it outs you, writing “a propensity for gossip is a feature of every workplace” which “anyone can expect to bear from time to time.”

Exciting progress on our case against the EHRC's transphobic guidance following the Supreme Court judgement on the definition on a woman.

The guidance was rushed + harmful, causing orgs across the country to rush out policies excluding trans people. Let's hope it's deemed unlawful before xmas 🧑‍🎄🤞
We've been in court all day at the hearing for our case against the EHRC's interim guidance.

We stand by what we said: the guidance is transphobic, harmful - and legally wrong.
