Any deal that does not address healthcare costs is a deal that leaves people behind. In MI, my proudest accomplishment was a bipartisan expansion of healthcare to 750k people. I’m running to make peoples' lives better and bring down costs. This proposal does nothing of the sort.

Rain or shine, it was amazingly inspirational to be at #NoKings rallies all across #MI04 today, including Allegan, Saugatuck & Douglas, Holland and South Haven. Shoutout to Kalamazoo for having 10,000 people out there! It was a great day fighting for our country and Democracy.

This summer, Bill Huizenga voted for Medicaid cuts that affect over 160,000 people in #MI04. Yesterday, he voted to allow health care premiums to go up by more than 80%. Bill has made it clear, he doesn’t care if you can afford food and medicine. He only cares about billionaires.

As a father, I know back-to-school is an exciting and stressful time for many families, especially this year. The cost of school supplies rose nearly 8% compared to last year due to tariffs that Bill Huizenga applauded. We deserve a representative who will fight for lower, not higher costs.
