Google’s AI results are actually really bad and it’s kinda dangerous people use them without verifying their information

Wow got a STACK of info from NYC in the mail about how to vote, where, and who’s on the ballet

Weird being in a place that actually wants you to vote

Wild that NIXON of all people signed the Clean Air Act. The EPA took photos to prove how bad it was beforehand.

And yet xAI does this... for a pretty mid AI model? Even ethics aside, I'm really not sure why you'd use Grok over Google/Anthropic/OpenAI. Yuck.

It may seem like I'm spamming links, but I've been really inspired by simonwillison.net recently!

Maybe I should revamp my site around this? Or Bluesky is fine? I don't know!

Kokoro 82M is amazing! I use it to convert articles to podcast files, via an iOS Safari extension I hacked together.

Probably listened to over 6hr of generations now:

not a new observation but Elon Musk genuinely isn't very bright, genuinely has no idea how most things work, and his entire supergenius engineer persona is a tech press-enabled mythology (they've never been held accountable for)

I am happy to report Flutter seems to be used more in China (see Tencent, Xiaomi, & ByteDance).

Maybe because of this? DeepSeek R1 is Very Good at Flutter.
