I cannot recommend you enough to install the Wikipedia app on your devices and use it like you would any search engine. Nowadays they even have tabs so you can open many articles at once.

And, if you can, please donate to the foundation. It has survived the internet enshittification that way.
wikipedia's data shows that AI is siphoning traffic away from the site, which is a danger to its sustainability. ironically Wikipedia is more important than ever to users who want reliable information instead of slop, and to AI companies that need it for training data www.404media.co/wikipedia-sa...

That the Soldier Constructs don't follow the cycle of the blood moon because they're not controlled by Ganon is just such a fantastic level of detail which is never remarked on

Replaying TOTK to grab all the Zelda Notes memories, and
-the notes are great and help improve some weird lines in the base game (Zelda advises the Gerudo based on Urbosa's words to her! The goat herder guy was new to the job!)
-Kohga is awesome and a fantastic leader for the Yiga

The average time between me wanting to watch a movie to actually sitting down and doing it is about 10 years

It's a stressful but an essential read. Impossible to think that people who have a shred of empathy or even simply a belief in divine or karmic consequences can be okay with this.
For the first time since she was freed from an immigration prison, Rümeysa Öztürk speaks. And she does so by ... writing:

"Writing is the heart of freedom of expression. Unbelievably, this single opinion piece, published in our student newspaper, would lead to my arrest and detention."
“Even God Cannot Hear Us Here”: What I Witnessed Inside an ICE Women’s Prison
Tufts University doctoral student Rümeysa Öztürk opens up about her 45 days in a South Louisiana processing facility—and the generous and compassionate women she met.

Folks, this is it. This is the best episode of the Book of Matoya podcast. This is the one where we talk about the basketball court of Final Fantasy VIII. Is it good, or is it bad? It's good. It's so good. Don't let anyone lie to you.

I've never really played a Donkey Kong game, but as a person who will habitually dig everywhere anytime there's a game with that mechanic, I'm super excited for Bananza

I suspect that the Switch 2 Zelda Notes functionality (phone app map with points of interest and audio logs) will be in Metroid Prime 4. Or at least it makes incredible sense to be, for collecting powerups, hearing federation logs, or just having a second screen with a persistent map available!

Amazing new JWST image. The blue stars in the lower right are part of one of the faintest nearby galaxies that has not been strongly affected by another galaxy. All of the other galaxies are much further away (and more massive). 🧪
Oh come ON now. This new JWST image is just ASTOUNDING.

I feel like I’m falling looking into it, and that I would fall forever, and that I would enjoy it.

Mochi just had a nightmare and in the scramble, fell off of the chair seat he was napping on. After deploying a thump warning and turning down both food and pets as he scanned the environment actively, he has now settled back down and is napping beside me. What a brave little man.
