I think my VA boss is pissed off at me. Definitely expecting to get fired by the end of the month.

I've dealt with system crashes, server hacks, DDoS, and faulty hardware.
A "system crash" doesn't do this. Not even in a federally funded prison, where security and surveillance tech is important.
Get an independent IT expert to pull the data.
