"Live not as though there were a thousand years ahead of you. Fate is at your elbow; make yourself good while life and power are still yours." --- Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus
Take a breath. Find some space, clear your head. Do something for yourself. The world is a big place. There are plenty of things that demand your attention. You'll get to them. For a moment, do something for yourself.

There's a lot going on. Find some time, find something you love doing, and do it. Find some peace in the storm. That doesn't mean ignore what's going on in the world around you... but you don't need to allow events to control you.

If you're over 35, train in a legitimate form of Taijiquan. Thank me later.

Kindness is not weakness.

To be genuinely kind, you absolutely must be genuinely strong because you are going to confront disrespect, rudeness, outrage, anger... all things that will instigate unkind responses if you aren't strong enough to resist them.

Kindness is not weakness. It is strength.

As "primitive" as these models were, there will likely never be as iconic, as emotionally inspiring, a collection as the venerable RTB01:

I started training in martial arts in 1985. The real turning point was when I met my final teacher, Shifu John Scott. Nearly 10 years later, and I have no regrets making the commitment to his lineage.

My first introduction to tabletop wargaming, and one of my fondest memories. Still have them, too!
