I did this in the Fall. I haven't painted in a few weeks. But sometimes I close my eyes and imagine brushstrokes. I'm just not sure what to paint. A lot of my creativity is being funneled elsewhere right now. 😀

I've had the urge to read this again for a while. I'm also a big fan of French director Clair Denis' "Beau Travail," which is a loose adaptation. I have this nagging fantasy of doing some kind of visual interpretation of it.
