Absolutely. And though I’m against the EC in general, I think a compromise could come in the form of each state splitting their electoral votes based on vote totals. If a state has 10 electoral votes, and the results are 48% blue and 52% red, then divide it between 4.8 votes/5.2 votes.
Today, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez proposed a new task for to look at electoral reforms which could break up the two party system in Congress, expand the number of House districts, and move the House to a form of proportional representation.

Ok, so, here’s a glimmer of… something other than doom.
The pick of John Thune is NOT what MAGA wanted.
He’s not a good guy, and no Republican can be trusted at this point. But it suggests Trump will face obstacles and gridlock.
Not great, but better than the alternative.
So… find it wherever.
