These kids simply want to go to school but they can't because they are among over 2,500 Palestinians trapped in Egypt waiting up to 20 months for Canadian visas. Ukrainians waiting only two weeks for visa approval. What's the holdup for these kids and so many others?

Over 630 days after being placed on the Canadian evacuation list, Mamdouh remains stranded in the kill zone, even though Canada has clearly shown it has the capacity to evacuate people through the Karem Shalom crossing.
