Pompey, hantscricket, bikes and boats. Knows a bit about planning. Back in God's own county.
Mel Strides argument that we should keep the triple lock for pensioners but throw kids in poverty under the bus was laughable. Not sure he believed it himself. @mattchorley.bsky.social

SUPERB and angrily unvarnished response, by former BBC chairman, Lord Patten.

At what point are torys like Jeremy Hunt and James Cleverly going to say enough is enough and tell Badenoch, Jendrick and Philps to sling their hook.

@samfr.bsky.social unpopular opinion but behind the headlines government and particularly local govt.just getting on and delivering decent solid services to the public.

Aphra Brandreth having an absolute mare on BBC Question time having to justify Kemi Badenoch's latest mad policy announcement. Almost feel sorry for Aphra. So out of her depth.

I know you should be open minded to a range of political views but 30 seconds of odious Robert Jendrick on BBC Radio 4 today was more than enough. At least Reform dont hide their racism behind a veneer of decency.

The get rid of Starmer cries are a serious error of judgement imo. Lots of serious policy starting to be implemented and which requires a second term to deliver in full... economic growth, housing, cheaper energy, infrastructure etc.

Wonder why anyone wants to go into politics. Unless you are a posh boy with lots of money, no moral compass and happy to lie. Eg Johnson, Farage, Tice. Sad day for the country.

Richard Tice... ever the vile far right wing unpatriotic knob. Utter cnut #today
