Frustrating is the word, ultimately. Brentford were pinned back for basically the whole 2nd half. Defended deep and compact. #avfc created a lot of chances and basically did everything they can but score. And not scoring was just frustrating, especially when so many chances were created.

I've absolutely no doubt the ball went out. Can accept that, no problem.
But that's what the linesman is for. Using VAR after such an amount of time and various passages of play to rule a goal out is ridiculous. #avfc

Today really hasn't gone to plan, especially for last day of AL.
Supposed to be a 5k this morning then a day of games whilst Kayleigh is at a spa day (top birthday present).
Instead ankle went after 2.5km. Limped home. Kayleigh rang Bannatynes to rearrange due to a medical incident.
