I will never understand why James Cameron decided the waste the second half of his career making films about these godforesaken jungle smurfs.

Finished Airfix 1/48 P51D 'Frisco Kid'. Great kit. Thoroughly enjoyed making this. Used Mr Color Super metallic2 for the chrome finish. Highly recommend, nice paint with no thinning required. Tried to get the weathering to match original (pictured) not sure I achieved it.

On the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, we thought we'd answer a question that's often asked,

"If they raised the Mary Rose, why not raise the Titanic?"

Allow our scaled diagram to explain...

Sikh Indian Army soldier, Berber tribesman, and camel all Masterbox all pre-weathering. I've a mind to do a Wadi diorama. I've got a Tamiya Fiat 508 staff car that I'd like to add also, make it a bit October '43.

I worked for Sam Smith's briefly in the 90's at his Quarry, Banker masonry, and if there wasn't any, I'd sort random rubble in the Quarry bottom for £5
a tonne. From what I could gather about him then he was a fucking loony, wouldn't have numbers on his drays so he couldn't be audited for wealth.
Humphrey’s world: how the Samuel Smith beer baron built Britain’s strangest pub chain
Since the 1970s, Humphrey Smith has acquired scores of pubs and historic properties around the UK. But time after time, he has left the buildings empty. Why has he allowed his empire to moulder?

28th-28th Nov, 1942. Victoria Cross action of Flt/Sgt Rawdon ‘Ron’ Middleton. He was pilot of a 149 Squadron Stirling on a mission to bomb the Fiat works in Turin, Italy. The aircraft had already struggled to reach 12,000 feet to cross the Alps, leaving barely enough fuel to return to England.

Have you ever wondered where that grit actually COMES from?
The answer is more magical, beautiful and fascinating than you probably realised.
