Started learning how to use Godot. Followed a tutorial to learn how to build Snake. I successfully completed it!
I REALLY wanna work on my big game idea, but making tiny/tutorial games is a necessary step to get better so that I can make the big game great. For now, I've accomplished this!

Thankfully Canada follows the same rules as the United States (i.e. both chambers have to pass identical bills) so we're not up the proverbial creek YET, but the sooner we let them know we're Absolutely Incandescent about all this, the sooner they'll start reconsidering:
