A memorial service for State Senator Faith Winter, a Democrat from Broomfield, was held on the Capitol steps Friday. Winter was remembered as a fierce advocate for women and her family. Winter was killed in a crash on I-25 last week. @marshallglasses.bsky.social reports.

I’ve confirmed with 3 sources that the person killed in a multi-car crash in Centennial is State Sen. Faith Winter.
She led transportation efforts in the legislature for almost her entire time in the House/Senate since 2015.
She has two kids.
