A federal judge has thrown out the criminal case against a TikTok creator who was shot by agents from ICE after finding that the government violated his constitutional rights in the aftermath of the incident.

That America may go to war with Venezuela, put the lives of our service members at risk, displace hundreds of thousands and kill scores of people at random on behalf of these three douchebags is f***ing infuriating.
