Next run is on Sunday and it’s the longest ever. 7.5km!!

I’m still here guys. Don’t worry. It’s all good in this household.

So did a run. Longest ever. Was raining, with puddles & fallen leaves. Also my fastest time for a 5K. Very shocked and surprised given I couldn’t run more than a km 3 months ago.

I also bumped into @malgm.uk in the park. He was stalking me from behind, but then overtook me, because I’m slow!
