This Dim-Wit Pact (Dmitri/Witkoff Pact) everybody is panicking about - it is redundant.
In a way that russia is not even part of the negotiations, to draft a compromise.
Therefore, no matter what comes out of Geneva will never be signed by russia. russia can’t afford to give in. They need war.
