Het rust op zeven pilaren en bestaat uit 49 doorgaans transparante luchtkussens van “hoogwaardig ETFE-folie waar luchtcompressoren voortdurend lucht in blazen zodat het bestand blijft tegen de elementen, zoals een laag sneeuw.” Maar nu niet.
