Se cumple un año de la regulación del precio del alquiler en Catalunya y hemos accedido a todos los datos de los contratos firmados en este tiempo. Esto es lo que hemos encontrado:
🏠 Los contratos de alquiler de temporada aumentaron hasta el 14% en las ciudades afectadas por la Ley de Vivienda
