The U.S. Navy found elevated levels of plutonium—twice recommended levels—in Bayview-Hunters Point shipyard last November.

S.F. lost its case against Collective Impact—the nonprofit implicated in a corruption scandal won’t be cut off from city funds.

It was an odd ruling that came after midnight…& w/out information the judge deemed “critical.”
