All #NIH grants have now terminated here at #Harvard, including ours, which examined shared/distinct underlying neural & cognitive mechanisms between typical/atypical #arithmetic and #reading skills. Results would have been invaluable for development of #screening, diagnostic, & intervention tools.

Inspirational quote by Jefferson at Leuphana university library is contested because of the past: why a slave holder's quote in the University library?

The future is shaped and constrained by history. I think we should pay it more attention.

🔆 Happy #InternationalWomensDay!

"Moussolou" is a song from Mali by Salif Keita
and is sung primarily in Bambara, with some Fula and Arabic.

He sings of women's merit, of performing difficult tasks with heart, courage and humility.

Dedicated to women, the song is a call for justice and equality.
