What I especially like about Bluesky is that at least for now I’ve been able to engage with legal communities that I would’ve otherwise probably not connected with. Esp the legal academic circles to an in-house counsel seemed a bit distant.

Really enjoying this tread and the responses people are sharing to this. Found a few articles I’d simply love to read — but alas, I’m not a scholar, don’t have access 🤷‍♀️
One for the legal academics. If you were to choose one article that has been a continuing source of inspiration in your academic work, changed the way you think, or simply made you go “Wow”, what would that be? Post pic and citation, and repost, perhaps? Mine is this (95 Yale L.J. 1601 1985-1986)

Why does it feel so hard to have normal conversations around tech regulation? Especially around emerging technologies like blockchain and AI.

Seeking answers by reading. Will keep you posted on any findings.
