A DHS statement claimed “an individual approached US Border Patrol officers” with “a handgun” in the Alex Pretti shooting incident. A Bellingcat analysis of the footage appears to show that a gun was taken away from where Pretti was situated by an agent just before the first shot was fired.

I tell my students every year at the end of the semester- see as much theater as you can, read as much as you can about everything, go to museums actively- this is the only way forward to gain critical thinking
Love living in #NYC. @mayor.nyc.gov on #arts for all: “..we are going to spend our time, our agenda, and the time that we have in office in doing everything we can to bring arts back to New Yorkers all across the five boroughs."
