Cracking morning putting surveys out in Achiltibuie. We paused at Lorg na Còigich - the stunning new art installation commemorating the successful 1850s land struggles. Led by women, the people rose up against the injustice of the clearances - and won!

Thoroughly enjoyed our crossing in the tail end of a storm.
We couldn’t see the gorgeous hills of Wester Ross or North West Sutherland but the sea was wild & beautiful!

A wild day in the North West Highlands but Cooper had fun chasing deer (too old to catch them) and gathering seaweed.
I’m hopefully getting the ferry to Stornoway this morning - luckily I have decent sea legs.
Looking forward to some SNP campaigning & a St Andrews night do!
