Dilemma = a situation in medical practice where ethical principles or values come into conflict, and competing interests must be balanced, making it challenging to determine the morally correct course of action.
It justifiable to withdraw #ECMO against the wishes of a patient with decision-making capacity when cure is not possible?

This is a really interesting study on #LungUltrasound for pneumothorax.

TLDR: LUS significantly underperformed CXR for detection of traumatic PTX, with high specificity (99%) but very low sensitivity (27%).
