Shooting tires is dangerous and not like in movies. Shooting in the air is dangerous and kills many people every year. How about we not discharge firearms indiscriminately?
Even if you take ICE's bullshit at face value, why didn't the officer shoot the tires? Why didn't he discharge a warning shot in the air? Or, you know, just slap the side of the car and ask her to stop?
