A lot of violence in Serbia's capital Belgrade (Beograd).

A 'deadline' for the government to resign, predictably passed. What started as a massive student-led protest against Pres Vucic descended at night.

Russia media are all over this, but no mention of Orbán's problems.

Extraordinary scenes in Serbia’s capital Belgrade right now.

Around 500,000 people are on the streets in what may be the biggest protest in Serbian history. All demanding the resignation of President Vučić & his government.

What began as a student protest is now a full democratic uprising.

Serbian college students have marched over 100 miles—from Novi Sad, Kragujevac, and Niš to Belgrade—in one of the largest anti-corruption protests. With hundreds of thousands expected on Saturday and over 410 demonstrations since November, many see the Belgrade rally as a "D‑Day" moment.

All eyes on Serbia tomorrow. 👁

There's going to be the largest protest in the country's history, with an estimated 500,000 people joining the student-led anti-corruption protested in the capital city of Belgrade.

Tanks rolled into town yesterday.
Love hearing of an impending military curfew in the city I've immigrated to. 🙃

Looking at a picture of me with a mask and I remembered my San Francisco-Zurich flight in March 2020. Only a dozen of us on a Boeing 777. Crazy. Every time I fly to/from SF, I think of that flight. I miss the extra room.

The worst day of the week is Sunday. The weather always feels gloomy, and the week ends with the same nagging thought that I didn’t achieve what I planned. It’s a day of existential dread disguised as rest.

Something I like doing is calculating what date it will be in 100 or 1000 days and imagining how much more skillful I’ll be by then, especially when starting something new. I guess I’ve been ✨ manifesting ✨ for quite some time.
