This man has been endlessly harassed because a bunch of incompetent racists who care more about speed than accuracy made a clerical error, and because the administration prefers making people suffer to admitting any, even obvious, fault.

Just got an ad for "Amazon One Medical" and honestly can't think of anything scarier than an online bookseller becoming bloated and powerful enough to infect our medical system.

What are we doing here?

If YouTube suggests a video with an AI thumbnail, I immediately click "Do Not Recommend This Channel," and I really wish I could enter a note as to why for the creators to see.

What tech bros fail to understand is that entertainment is about community. A huge part of the appeal is to discuss things with others; it's why fan communities spring up.

Having a bespoke thing tailored to you destroys that ability.
The Washington Post is launching a personalized AI podcast, saying users will be able to "shape their own briefing, select their topics, set their lengths, pick their hosts and soon even ask questions using our Ask The Post AI technology."

Maybe I'm crazy, but 'Give Dems House and Senate, and we'll weed out the lunatic cronies Trump appointed' seems like it could be something to campaign on.

The criticism is completely inaccurate for Heated Rivalry, but more than that

I am SO tired of this criticism because it's always framed as the voice of the gays. We are not a monolith. I am a gay man, and I am allowed to want to watch a sweet, dumb little romance.
Yep it totally sounds like this show has been "desexed"

Every AI ad I see has big infomercial energy in the sense of like DON'T YOU HATE THIS IMPOSSIBLE PROBLEM WE ALL DEAL WITH EVERY DAY... about a problem I've never once had or heard someone complain about.

Why exactly did the new cycle move away from the Epstein files?

Jurassic Park isn't about the hubris of science, but the danger of surrendering science to capitalism.

It's very stupid to crack down on password sharing while you pivot to an ad-supported model.

Thinking of the episode of Bewitched where Samantha had to become the Tooth Fairy because she accidentally got the real one addicted to alcohol.

It's important to remember that everything the Supreme Court has done since Obama is directly Mitch McConnell and the 'normal' Republicans who let him clearly violate the established laws of this land for partisan gain.

They didn't start with Trump; they built to it.

What if, instead of selling itself to Paramount or Netflix, WB just puts someone else in charge, someone who will not destroy the company but instead use their vast network to make and distribute movies?

It’s unfair to dunk on her for this. There was an entire memory wiping spell.

They are beating people who maybe once had a broken taillight and sending them to foreign slave prisons while freeing the worst fraudsters and every corrupt pol. The juxtaposition is so stark and appalling.
NEW: The commutation Trump issued to David Gentile wipes away all further fines & restitution.

Gentile had been sentenced to 7 years for his role in a $1.6B scheme that defrauded thousands of investors.

Prosecutors had been seeking $15.5M in forfeiture.

Be gay. Do crimes. But not in a Roy Cohn way.
December 4, 2025 at 4:52 AM
Considering Roy Cohn played such a large role in shaping Trump's life and worldview, the fact that the Trump administration refused to acknowledge World Aids Day is....

Let's go with something interesting.

Thinking about that time, my boss took me to lunch so I could explain the entirety of Angel because she was writing a pilot about angels, but instead, I used the lunch to explain all of Supernatural.

Hegseth is an alcoholic daytime TV host who should've never been approved and should've definitely been fired when he texted state secrets to a journalist while trying to avoid records laws.

Congress knew he was a problem from the start, but they all lack the backbone to do their job.

Genuine question about streaming ads: Does the popularity of the show increase ad rates like traditional media?

Do you have to pay a premium to get your ad in the premiere of Stranger Things? Or do you just pay like a flat fee, and the algorithm puts your ad wherever?
